A little background
I am a textile and surface pattern designer with a love of all things textiles, paper and pattern. I started my textiles career as a printed designer working with screen prints, batik and hand painting - back in the days when digital design was unheard of.
After gaining a degree in woven textile design at Winchester School of Art, a successful showing at New Designers in London saw Zandra Rhodes' Fashion & Textile Museum stocking pieces from my first collection. Since that time I have been freelance and have sold my work to a number of designers including Donna Karan, Calvin Klein and GAP.
Lately I have been revisiting my love of printed and surface pattern design and creating a portfolio of new designs. My work includes elements of hand drawn and painted designs as well as those created digitally.
I hope you will enjoy seeing these examples of my work and if you are an art director or potential client interested in commissioning or licensing opportunities and would like to see my full portfolio, please complete the password request for access. Thank you for visiting.
Fresh summer days, wild flower meadows, morning dew and wet grass between bare toes; drifting waves of crop fields, hands trailing through seed heads. All these delights inspired the creation of the Floriana Collection.
A fresh, contemporary floral collection, ideal for many applications including fashion, interiors, gift ware, wallpaper, product design and packaging. To request a password to view the collection, please see below.
