Surface design doesn't always come as straightforward 'patterns'. It often encompasses different forms, here papercutting. These were designs I created for some weddings which I then cut out by hand before framing as 3D wedding day pictures. The first for a cat-loving couple and the second for a couple moving into their first home together. A very labour intensive process!
